Fast Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that during peak periods (such as holidays), carriers may experience increased volumes that can result in delivery delays. While we work quickly on our end, transit times are ultimately dependent on the selected carrier.

We ship worldwide from two fulfillment centers:

  • European Union →  Ideal for fast delivery to EU and UK customers

  • United StatesIdeal for fast delivery to customers in the US

Your order will automatically ship from the location that ensures the quickest delivery.

These are general estimates and may vary depending on your location and local carriers:

Order Tracking

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier fees. All costs are shown before payment—no hidden charges.


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at returns@theunapologetic.shop with a photo of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  1. Check with neighbors, building reception, and your mailbox
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. If the package is still missing, email us at hello@theunapologetic.shop and we will assist with an investigation
