How to Start a Return

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Brief reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)

We will respond with detailed return instructions and the return address.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under our policy:

  • You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date

  • 50% or more of the product must remain in the container

  • Original packaging and batch label must be included

  • Policy applies to the first-time purchase of each product only

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • More than half of the product has been used

  • Original packaging or batch code is missing

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery

  • The item was marked as final sale

  • The product has been lost, discarded, or otherwise not returnable by the customer


Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We will cover return shipping costs only if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout or as store credit.

  • We cannot issue refunds to alternative destinations (e.g., cash, cryptocurrency, different card, or different account).

  • Processing time is typically 15–20 business days after the return is received and approved.
